Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for. No penalties, no questions asked.
Do all plans include the multi-agent AI system?
Every paid plan — Online Ordering, Full House, and Manager — includes the full multi-agent AI architecture with customer memory and preferences, multi-language support in 100+ languages, and intelligent conversation handling. The free order-only plan keeps guest ordering alive but does not include AI chat. Between paid plans, the differences are conversation volume, analytics depth, and support level.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We notify you at 80% usage so you have time to decide. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase add-on conversation packs instantly. We never cut off your AI mid-conversation or mid-month. Add-ons are available on all plans and can be canceled anytime.
